Our founder, Adrian Scott, was a founding investor in Napster and pioneered social networking by creating the site that influenced Friendster which influenced Facebook. He is also an inventor of a U.S. patent on peer to peer hashing algorithms. He earned his Mathematics Ph.D. focused on Nonlinear Optimization at age 20. He has been developing software since age 7, and has developed systems used by Charles Schwab & Co., Bank of America, Hewlett-Packard and other major corporations. He has been involved with peer to peer technology since 1998, and with cryptocurrencies since 2013, including as CTO-equivalent for multiple projects. He additionally completed the Chartered Market Technician Level I exam while taking coursework at Golden Gate University organized by Hank Pruden, author of The Three Skills of Top Trading.
